Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
