Pan-seared tuna steak with a zesty lime cilantro sauce, served alongside zucchini ribbons for a light and flavorful keto lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 150g tuna steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, ribboned
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season tuna steak with salt, pepper, and lime zest.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Sear tuna until desired doneness.
  4. In the same pan, add zucchini ribbons and sauté until tender.
  5. Drizzle lime juice over the tuna and zucchini. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
