Ingredients:

  • 150g calamari rings

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add calamari rings and cook until opaque.
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
