Ingredients:

  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or dill)
  • 100g asparagus, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add salmon and sear until cooked to your liking.
  4. In the same pan, add asparagus and cook until tender.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and asparagus.
