Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates 2025

The below dates are the last date you can place your order for a gift to be delivered in time for Christmas. 

Gummies and Bars with Australia Post: 

  • Standard Shipping: 16th December
  • Express: 20th December

Meals with our Courier Partners: 20th December. 

Our warehouse will close at 5pm Adelaide, South Australia time on the 24th of December and re-open January 2nd at 9am. 

Shipping Partners

Our Keto Ready Meals are delivered to all metro regions throughout Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. We use BeCool refrigerated couriers for Keto Ready Meal deliveries in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth metro, and Fridge It for Adelaide metro deliveries.

Our Keto Gummies and Bars are delivered nationally throughout Australia by Australia Post, including PO Boxes, and can be shipped to international locations.  

Shipping Rates and Times

Keto Ready Meal delivery with BeCool and Fridge It Couriers: 

  • Standard Shipping, 2 - 8 business days
  • $35 AUD for orders $0 – $150
  • $20 AUD for orders $150 - $200
  • Free for orders over $200

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping on Keto Ready Meals.

Keto Gummies and Bars with Australia Post: 

  • Australia:
    • Standard Shipping: $15 AUD, 2 - 8 business days
    • Express Shipping: $20 AUD, 1 - 4 business days
    • Free Express Shipping for orders over $119
  • International:
    • Standard Shipping: $30 AUD, 6 - 27 business days

Order Processing

After placing an order, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please retain this email as proof of purchase. 

Your Courier and Australia Post tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Our digital products have instant download links, sent to your inbox after you place your order.

*Please note: As our Keto Ready Meals are delivered by a different carrier separately to our Keto Bars, Gummies and accessories, you will receive two seperate tracking numbers if you order both, and they will arrive at different times. 

Shipment and Dispatch Time

All orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (weekdays only). 

Shipment Locations

We ship Australia wide and internationally with Australia Post for Keto Gummies and Bars. We only ship to metro locations within Australia for Keto Ready Meals and do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Rates And Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipment date, not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. We make every effort to fulfil your order unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Please Note:

  • Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Products may be delivered in seperate shipments.
  • When placing your order, we consider transit time, which is the amount of time it takes for your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
  • Due to stock shortages, government lockdowns, and major accidents, packages to and from our facility in Adelaide may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Tracking Options

Keto Australia aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Damages

If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact our Customer Service team on help@keto.com.au or complete a refund request form

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package may be lost or delayed. We kindly request that customers check common courier hiding spots before contacting us. If your order cannot be located, please get in touch with us at help@keto.com.au to report a missing or lost package.
