Our Refunds and Returns Policy: 

  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer full refunds within 30-days of purchase on all unopened Keto Gummies, Bars and Water products. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. 

  2. Keto Meals: We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our Keto Meals. Unfortunately due to food safety standards around cold supply chain according to Food Standards Australia and New Zealand FSANZ, we are unable to ensure that returned products have not had a loss in temperature. 

  3. Digital Products: We do not offer a refund, return or exchange on digital products including our 30-Day Keto Guide. 

Refund Process:

  1. Returns Form: If you have changed your mind or find that the Keto Gummies, Bars and Protein Water do not work for you, please complete the Online Returns Form below or email help@keto.com.au

  2. Review: Our Customer Service team will review your claim and check against your order number to ensure it falls within the 30-day money-back window. 

  3. Return Shipping: After you have connected with a customer service representative, please send your unopened products back to our Head Office at 433 Morphett Street, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia. Please include your order number, full name, address, email and phone number on the sender information. 
  1. Refund: If your claim meets all conditions and requirements, upon receiving the unopened products, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will be refunded to the original payment method that you used to place an order. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Keto Australia reserves the right to deny refund claims that do not meet the specified conditions. 

Damaged Meals

If your meal is damaged upon delivery, please request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your products. Please photograph and upload an image of a damaged item on the refund request form below. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the request to discuss a refund. If the form submission is not done within 48 hours after the delivery was received, no refund will be provided.

Lost Orders

If you receive a notification from one of our delivery partners that your delivery was lost in transit, or your delivery does not arrive within the shipping timeframe please contact us on the submission form below or email help@keto.com.au.
