Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 100g cauliflower florets
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in ground turmeric.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add cauliflower and broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
